Roseanne Barr Starts Storm With Offensive Twitter Post About Ex-Obama Adviser

Ms. Barr cited “The Planet of the Apes” in discussing Valerie Jarrett, a black woman and former adviser to President Barack Obama. She then deleted the post, apologized and said she would quit Twitter.
