Trump Wants to Start a Fourth of July Parade Tradition

President Trump brought up his plans for a “Salute to America” parade on the Fourth of July to his cabinet. Jim Mattis, then the defense secretary, rejected Mr. Trump’s attempt to have a military parade last year.
