Tara Reade Says Biden Should Withdraw From Presidential Race

In an interview with Megyn Kelly, Ms. Reade, who has accused Joseph R. Biden Jr. of sexual assault, said he “should not be running on character.” Mr. Biden has vehemently denied the allegation.
